Times, dates and where is the Moon

Can someone please tell me where I can print off the following relating to the Moon.

Thank you

1.  Moon rise / set times for each month preferably a chart with phases

2.  Height (yes I know that is subjective) in the sky, why, because I don't have access to "low down" I need the Moon to be higher than surrounding houses to see it.

The BAA Handbook

A good place to start with number (1) is the BAA Handbook. Pages 28 and 29 of the Handbook for 2018 lists daily moon rise and set times for the UK.

You can also find tables of rising and setting times for the Moon here: https://in-the-sky.org/ephemeris.php?irs=1&ima=1&iph=1&objtype=1&objpl=Moon

Moon phases

There is a chart format here: https://moonphases.co.uk/moon-calendar. Don't know if its printable. There may be other options in a deeper internet search.  Good luck with your observations.
