We received two separate images of the passage of NEO-2012-DA14. The first here is one of two which were submitted by Ian Sharp, and the location and time stamp are on the image. together with exposure time. The image was taken using a TS 130mm APO at F/7 with an ATIK 383L and Baader L filter. The second was submitted by David Briggs, who was at the Hampshire Astronomical Group's observatory at Clanfield, Hampshire. The image was taken using the group's 24" telescope about 13 minutes after the asteroid rose above the horizon in the UK on the 15th February. It is a 30 second exposure and was taken at 20:06 when the asteroid was only about 10 degrees above the horizon. The FOV is approximately 0.5deg on a side.
