[BAA-ebulletin 00810] Returning your Council ballot papers

Members will have received their voting papers for Council for the next 
session with their August Journal.
Please could members note that due to an error, the envelopes provided for 
the return of ballot papers do not have the customary marked space on the 
reverse in which to print your name. Despite this omission PLEASE PRINT YOUR 
NAME ON THE REVERSE OF THE ENVELOPE when returning your completed ballot 
paper to the BAA office.
This requirement is to ensure that only paid-up members have returned 
balloting lists; these are removed from the envelopes, and the envelopes 
discarded, prior to the start of counting, so that the anonymity of voters 
is ensured.
We look forward to receiving your completed ballot papers as soon as 
possible.
