Dear all

If you are planning to come to the Summer Meeting in York - Apex tickets
are now available. A day return (depending on the time of travel) is
showing as £32 from London Kings Cross to York plus a further 33% discount
for pass holders (senior, two together and student etc). Journey time
approx 2hours.

Unforunately all the main hotels in York are now fully booked but there may
be some B&B's with room.

Full details for the day showing and programme are on the BAA website and
you can also book on line. The printed booking form will be in the next BAA
Journal.

This event is already 2/3 full so don't delay in booking if you are
planning to come.
