Some members have expressed confusion over the instructions that accompany this year's ballot paper for Council and Trustees of the BAA.
For the avoidance of doubt, please vote for up to five Trustees (denoted by *) and for no more than two Councillors (denoted by #). 
The five standing as Trustees who win the most votes will become both Trustees and Councillors. The rest will join those who stood for Council only in the election for Council. Voting for more than five trustees will invalidate the ballot paper.
