[BAA-ebulletin 01020] Bright Storm on Uranus

Marc Delcroix has kindly provided details of a new bright storm on Uranus. 
This is shown in an observation made by Blake  Estes using the 60 inch reflector on 22 Oct 2018  at Mt Wilson USA using 685nm IT filter. It appears that this feature has also been detected with amateur instruments. 
 
This feature lies on the southern edge of the bright northern polar region. 
Further observations are urgently required of this storm.
