[BAA Comets] COBS database

[Roger Dymock]

I am wondering if any of this is security related. Java got very picky and refused to load an orbit
diagram until I told it that site was OK. Never had that problem before.

Is this related?  I would appreciate any ideas as well.  When I got to NASA TV FireFox and Internet
Explorer will not load the
TV program, but Chrome will.
