[BAA Comets] Astrometrica and FoCAs

Good afternoon all,

An updated (beta version 4.8.4.410) of Astrometrica is available which includes access to the CMC-15
catalogue. This will be of some advantage to southern hemisphere observers or those using robotic
telescope in that region as it extends coverage from -30 degrees south to -40 degrees south. The new
version may be downloaded from http://www.astrometrica.at/Beta/Astrometrica.zip
Unzip the file and replace the existing exe file with this new one.

Herbert Raab notes that not all mirrors of VizieR are ready to query data from CMC-15. While 
it works for the VizieR server located at CDS Strasbourg (France) it did not do so from the mirror
at SAO Harvard (USA). He has not yet tried the other mirrors.

I have run sets of images for comets 174P and C/2013 V5 through Astrometrica, FoCAs and kphot and
get very similar results (within the odd 0.01 mag) to those obtained using CMC-14.
