[BAA Comets] Comet 29P has outburst attaining R=15 approx.

The outburst time has now been narrowed down to 2015 February 25.85 +/-0.17
thanks to some additional LCOGT images.
Maximum brightness appears to be R=14.6 (in a 5.5" radius photometric
aperture).
