[BAA Comets] CCD Astrometry and Photometry procedure

I have updated this to indicate that Iris can be used, rather than AIP4WIN/Excel, to measure the
coma diameter of any comet and not just the bright ones.  You can estimate the diameter of the coma
directly using the View/Slice facility or import the data into Excel (or any spreadsheet software). 

AIP4WIN is quite expensive, around £100 and do make sure that you get the second edition, but Iris
is free and can be downloaded from http://www.astrosurf.com/buil/us/iris/iris.htm
