Very interesting ! There was no outburst to see on our observation on 21.02 oct.  Apparently is this outburst really a fast event. Maybe other observers have data just before 21.43 oct ?

Bright (mag 13.8) outburst of Comet 29P has taken place on 2016 October
21.43 +/-0.25 according to observations by Jean-Francois Soulier. Spectra scheduled by Alan Fitzsimmons on Liverpool Telescope.
