<p style="margin-top:0; margin-bottom:0">If there are COBS observations that people would like to appear in TA please send them to me by the 2nd of the month - I have a computer program that converts the ICQ format to TA format, which makes life easier all
round. I bulk process all the observations received and it means that the exact TA format is used, which makes a difference when the reverse process (TA to ICQ) is necessary.</p>

I tried to add some observations to COBS on the 16th Dec (I think) and had no<br>
joy. The laptop I was using then had big problems and I even tried to access<br>
COBS from the library in Sandy, again without luck. I'm glad you've confirmed<br>
that it's not me.<br>

I now have my own dedicated laptop and have Web access and ep-mail again.<br>
<br>
So I should be able to send you and Guy my December observations at the end of<br>
the month.<br>
<br>
Fortunately the weather has been awful and I have been unable to do any<br>
observations in any case.<br>
