BAA Journal DVDs now available

We are pleased to announce that the full BAA Journal archive is now 
available for sale to members, institutions and the general public as a 
series of three DVDs. Each disk contains searchable PDFs of up to 51 years' 
issues of the JBAA (as listed below), indexed to allow free-text searching 
across the whole set.

Prices for a personal, single-user licence are as follows:

Disk 1: vols. 1-50 (1890-1940)             £60 incl. VAT
Disk 2: vols. 51-100 (1941-1990)         £60 incl. VAT
Disk 3: vols. 101-121 (1991-2011)       £50 incl. VAT

Current BAA members may claim a discount on the above prices of 10% per 
complete continuous year of membership, up to a maximum of 50%. (Only one 
discounted set per member). Prices include postage (UK and surface mail 
overseas) - for air mail rates please contact the BAA office (address 
below).

The cost for a multi-user licence for institutions is £300 + VAT per set. 
Full copyright on all contents of the disks remains with the BAA and the 
individual contributors.

Annual updates to Disk 3, comprising the six additional Journal files from 
the current year together with a revised and extended index, will be 
available each December by subscription from the BAA website.

huge task of scanning and indexing this unique and irreplaceable archive.
