Thanks Roger - Slightly strange - maybe one has to register/sign-in to go

One solution - Suggest people access the Icarus "Articles in Press" by going 
to:

and the two papers are available as the 4th and 7th titles listed.

I should say that only the abstracts are visible if you are not a subscriber 
to ScienceDirect. The articles are yet to have corrections applied to the 
proofs and page numbers to be assigned in the normal way.
