Thanks for signalling this latest, very bright outburst, which is the brightest since 2010 February 02 !!

It appears to have taken place on 2017 August 27.20 +/-0.05.

  This comet had an outburst close before 23.8 Aug, reaching about mag 14, and I measured it at mag 14.3 on 26.9 Aug.
  But the comet had a second outburst within the last 24h: I observed it at mag 12.0 on 27.9 Aug.
  This second outburst was confirmed by JF Soulier at W96 and D Banberger at Z80.
